At 50 years of age, Annette decided it was time to pump up her fitness regime. She started by training for a 25km walk. After completing this race and proving to herself she could do it, she started looking for fun ways to get fit. In the Summer of 2013, Inspired by Fitness offered a Bounce Fit class at the Williamsburg Community Centre. She was intrigued by the video on the Williamsburg website and decided to try out this new fun way to exercise. After one class she was hooked, and within weeks, she purchased her own Kangoo Jump boots. She has been happily bouncing ever since.
Bounce Fit has inspired Annette to be the best she can be, believe in herself and to step out of her comfort zone in order to achieve her fitness goals. She is in the best shape of her life in her 50s!
In April 2015, Annette participated in a two-day Kangoo Jump Instructor course in Toronto to become a Bounce Fit Instructor. She is looking forward to sharing her love of Bounce Fit with others and showing them that they can achieve their fitness goals while having fun! Annette loves going for runs in her Kangoo Jumps and having people stop and ask what they are and how they work!
