Joan Maloney
Fitness Instructor (Boot Camp, Circuit)

Joan has always been a fitness enthusiast, participating in various recreational sports and fitness classes for many years.  About 15 years ago she decided to take her love for fitness to a higher level by becoming a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer.

In October 2005, she decided to make a career change and became the owner of Body Moves Fitness Studio in Stratford, Ontario.  During her time at Body Moves, she trained individuals, small groups and teams, instructed a variety of fitness classes, held fat loss and muscle conditioning boot camps and ran running and Nordic walking clinics and specialized group activities.
 
In 2014, Joan decided to pass on her legacy and retire as a full-time fitness instructor/personal trainer.  As her love for fitness continues, she enjoys instructing a few days per week at Inspired by Fitness.
