Join Inspired by Fitness for Lunch Classes to get in shape fast with fresh, new and fun workouts.  These 30-minute classes run every week day (Monday thru Friday) from 12:15 to 12:45 pm.  Classes will include a variety of equipment (eg., steps, weights, mats and more), and will also incorporate strength and cardio segments that will increase your metabolic rate and help burn fat.  Each class is a bit different to add variation to your workout routine and to help avoid plateaus.  This program is designed for all fitness abilities.

Lunch Classes offer the following types of workouts:


Boot Camp:
  • Boot Camp will inspire you to get more fit, stronger and lose weight!  This program focuses on all components of exercise including total body strength and muscle endurance.  This class offers a variety of different workout styles such as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata and Circuit-style stations.  Boot Camp is a total body workout, and will keep you burning fat all day long.
 
Spin:
  • Spin class is a heart-pounding indoor cycling experience set to exhilarating music.  Intensity will vary throughout the class due to different body positions, pedal speed and resistance.  You will burn tons of calories and work your legs, glutes and core while minimizing impact on your joints.

Butt & Gut:
  • Butt & Gut includes a combination of glute and abdominal exercises that target these particularly troublesome areas.  You will tighten your abs, lift your rear and even firm your legs in this muscle conditioning class.
 
Circuit:
  • Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that increases your strength and aerobic fitness and burns lots of calories.  It is the most time-efficient way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance.

Schedule:
  • Mondays - Boot Camp
  • Tuesdays - Spin
  • Wednesdays - Butt & Gut
  • Thursdays - Spin
  • Fridays - Circuit

Price:
  • $40.00 + HST = $45.20 (includes all 12:15 to 12:45 pm classes within the month)
  • Drop-in fee is $10.00 per class​

Payment Information:
  • Payment will be taken at the beginning of each session
