Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.

Payment will be taken at the beginning of each session. Each class is a bit different to add variation to your workout routine and to help avoid plateaus. No refunds for missed classes but you may sign up during the month at a pro-rated rate. Get strong, get fit, get toned!
