STRONG by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.  Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you to make it to that last rep, maybe even five more.  In this class, you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.  Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats and kickboxing.  Your instructor will change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you're always challenged to the max!  This class is suitable for all fitness levels and can be modified or amplified depending on your needs.
 
All fitness classes at Inspired by Fitness are done in a dynamic group setting which dramatically increases your odds of success through group accountability and an addictive atmosphere of fun and community.
 
Come to STRONG by Zumba hydrated and motivated to work hard.  Bring a bottle of water, indoor running shoes and a towel.  Please arrive on time and let your instructor know if it’s your first time.
