As a Health & Fitness Professional, Sydney loves to make her clients feel strong and powerful. She takes pride in motivating others to achieve their goals and helping them develop a relationship with their bodies that is beneficial to their health.
As an individual who struggled with, and ultimately overcame, an eating disorder, Sydney knows that it is possible to live a life where you love yourself, love your body and can appreciate your body for everything it does. She does this for not only her sake, but for her young son, where she plays a pivotal role in promoting a positive body image.
She earned her Personal Training certification from Canfitpro and her Fitness Nutrition certification from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and has experience applying these practices in the corporate gym environment.
Sydney believes that exercise, proper nutrition and mental health all work together for overall well-being, and she aims to create a long-term plan with her clients that is sustainable, because consistency is the key to change!
