Tabata is a high-intensity training regimen that produces remarkable results.  A Tabata workout represents intervals of 20 seconds of maximum exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of 4 minutes.  A typical 45-minute class will include 7 Tabata rounds.  Tabata can increase your aerobic and anaerobic capacity, resting metabolic rate and help you burn more fat.  Our instructors are creative in selecting the moves and incorporating them into programs which will challenge your endurance, speed and strength.  This class is suitable for all fitness levels as you can work at your own pace and to your own comfort level.
 
All fitness classes at Inspired by Fitness are done in a dynamic group setting which dramatically increases your odds of success through group accountability and an addictive atmosphere of fun and community.
 
Come to Tabata hydrated and motivated to work hard.  Bring a bottle of water, indoor running shoes and a towel.  Please arrive on time and let your instructor know if it’s your first time.
