We are so excited to share that Katlyn Pass has received her Personal Training Specialist certification from Canfitpro!

Katlyn joined Inspired by Fitness as a Fitness Instructor in April 2024. During the past few months, her dynamic approach to fitness has inspired so many of our members at Boot Camp and Butt & Gut classes!

This past weekend, we had the pleasure of participating in the Walk for Parkinson’s at Upper Queens Park in Stratford. It was a fantastic morning for the community to come together to help fight this awful disease.

We are proud to announce we fundraised over $1,300 in a short amount of time. Thank you to all the Team Inspired members and friends for helping us raise awareness and for your generous donations. Thank you to everyone who came out and a huge shoutout to the organizers of the walk for putting on such an incredible event. Besides the walk, there was balloon making and face painting for kids, raffle prizes, a silent auction, a scavenger hunt, live entertainment and a BBQ lunch.

Here’s to building a stronger community, getting involved and helping create a difference. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!
