Jump Into June 30-Day Fitness Challenge

Bad weather, a hectic work schedule or even boredom with your workout routine can throw you off your fitness and nutrition goals.  Don’t cave into your excuses!  Instead, stick to your goals with our 30-Day JUMP INTO JUNE Fitness Challenge running from June 1st to 30th.

  • Post a video or picture of you doing the 10-minute daily workout on social media.
  • Use the hashtags #inspiredbyfitness and #teaminspired at the end of your post.

Refer-A-Friend Rewards Program

We are thrilled to offer our Refer-A-Friend Rewards Program for the month of June!  We recognize that we would not be the studio we are today without our loyal member base who have stayed with us through our growth and development and have supported our new endeavours.  The more friends you refer, the more you earn!  Plus, building a community of strength can help you and your friends reach your fitness goals together.

Here's how it works:
  1. Refer friends, family members and/or co-workers to the studio, and if they sign-up for an Inspired ADDICT membership, you will be rewarded.
  2. After you friend signs up for an Inspired ADDICT membership, we will credit your WellnessLiving account with two free months!

Rules & Regulations:

  • This program is for current Inspired ADDICT members only.
  • You may refer up to four individuals and will receive two free months for each individual referred.
  • The referred individual cannot have been a previous member or pass holder in the last six months.
  • The referred individual must sign a standard one-year ADDICT membership agreement for you to receive your reward.  If the referred individual cancels their membership within ten days from their membership start date, your rewards will be forfeited.
  • Free month rewards are issued on the billing cycle following receipt of the referred individual’s first pre-authorized monthly payment and after their ten-day consumer’s right to cancellation has passed.

Summer Outdoor Boot Camp

Shred fat, build muscle, tone up and have fun at the eight-week Summer Outdoor Boot Camp.  ​Clients will be inspired to work hard, sweat and get results with a focus on all components of exercise - total body strength, muscle endurance, speed/agility, flexibility, balance, power and cardiovascular ability.  This class is a total body workout focused on working hard and pushing your body to its limit and will incorporate strength and cardio segments that will increase your metabolic rate and help burn fat.  This program is designed for all fitness abilities.

This program begins on Wednesday, July 6th at 7:00 pm.

POUND 7-Week Pop-Up Class

We have something fabulous lined up for you this summer – a special 7-week pop-up POUND class!

​Led by guest instructor, Michelle Rawlings, POUND is a full-body jam session that combines cardio, conditioning and core work with the excitement and euphoria of drumming.  Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere to let loose, get energized, tone up and rock out!

This 7-week pop-up class begins on Wednesday, July 6th at 6:00 pm.  (Please note this class will replace Butt & Gut for the duration.)
