New Class Launch - Mobility & CoreMobility & Core is a vibrant new class that will help you move with purpose and power. You will be guided through a thoughtful blend of mobility exercises, dynamic stretches and deep core strengthening movements that target stability, control and strength from the inside out. You'll work on improving joint range of motion, releasing tension in tight areas and activating deep core muscles that support posture, balance and overall movement efficiency. This class is suitable for all fitness levels as it offers scalable movements and modifications so everyone can build strength, mobility and control at their own pace.
This class, led by Alyssa Hyde, will begin on Wednesday, July 2nd from 10:00 to 10:30 am (replacing Low Impact Body Blast Zumba). We're kicking things off this summer with this select time and hope to expand the schedule with more class options in the fall. |
