Total Tabata ChallengeThe Total Tabata 5-Day Challenge introduces a time-efficient workout that “HIITs” the spot for all fitness lovers.
Tabata is a type of interval training that mixes high-intensity periods with shorter rest periods. You will do 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. You will get more done in less time with this results-driven training method. Work out alongside our Personal Trainer & Fitness Professional, Sherry Kresky-Wilson, to target multiple muscle groups, build endurance and torch serious calories quickly. Learn To Run ClinicDesigned and led by an experienced runner/fitness instructor, the six-week Learn To Run Clinic will introduce techniques to run safely and minimize injury. Perfect for beginners who want to learn the basics of running and a great motivator for experienced runners who want to improve their speed and distance. You will have fun while getting fit with fellow participants, receive professional coaching and motivation, see clearly weekly progression, train on different terrains while enjoying the great outdoors and receive informative handouts to help keep you driven and inspired. Sign up with a friend or meet a running partner. This is an outdoor activity, and there will be homework to help you stay accountable.

Advanced Weight TrainingThe six-week Advanced Weight Training workshop is designed for the advanced fitness enthusiast and will help improve your muscular strength and muscular endurance. This program, which requires maximum physical exertion, will actively challenge your strength, effort and coordination. Increase muscle definition while having fun in an extremely motivating class. The result is an increase in strength as well as improved metabolism, body composition and exercise technique. Due to the intensive nature of this session, we highly recommend previous fitness experience.
