Summer Outdoor Boot CampShred fat, build muscle, tone up and have fun at the eight-week Summer Outdoor Boot Camp. Clients will be inspired to work hard, sweat and get results with a focus on all components of exercise - total body strength, muscle endurance, speed/agility, flexibility, balance, power and cardiovascular ability. This class is a total body workout focused on working hard and pushing your body to its limit and will incorporate strength and cardio segments that will increase your metabolic rate and help burn fat. This program is designed for all fitness abilities.

POUND 7-Week Pop-Up ClassWe have something fabulous lined up for you this summer – a special 7-week pop-up POUND class!
Led by guest instructor, Michelle Rawlings, POUND is a full-body jam session that combines cardio, conditioning and core work with the excitement and euphoria of drumming. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere to let loose, get energized, tone up and rock out! This 7-week pop-up class begins on Wednesday, July 6th at 6:00 pm.
