Inspire to do more! Join one of our Fitness Challenges to keep yourself accountable and striving for more! A challenge is a fun and excellent way to hold yourself accountable to achieving your goals. As we go through life, many things may steer us off track. It can be easy to lose sight of our goal or our determination to get there. These fun contests are a great way to help you stay accountable as you travel through your fitness journey, and the winner will collect half of the pool collected from entry fee registrations! As we make our way through the challenge, you will receive inspiring weekly emails with healthy recipes and tips for staying active and motivated.

Rules & Regulations:
- Participants must participate in at least one Inspired by Fitness class/session per week (price in addition to challenge registration fee).
- Participants who do not participate in at least one Inspired by Fitness class/session per week will be excluded from winning half the pool collected from registration fees.
- Inspired by Fitness will pick the winner by calculating body fat loss percentage and the change in before/after photos.
- The winner will be announced shortly after the contest ends.
Weigh-In Details:
- On the first day of the challenge, participants are required to attend a weigh-in date.
- On the last day of the challenge, participants are required to attend another weigh-in date.
- If participants are unable to make the scheduled weigh-in dates, alternate arrangements can be made by contacting Inspired by Fitness at info@inspiredbyfitness.ca or (519) 276-1066.
- During the weigh-ins, Inspired by Fitness will take each client's weight, measurements, percentage body fat measurement and before/after photos.
- For the before/after photos, participants are encouraged to wear a form-fitting outfit, shorts and sports bra or bikini (preferably no black tops). It is ideal if the participants wear the same outfit for both before and after photos.
