Bouncing for FUEL!
Over the past couple of weeks I have had the pleasure of being a guest instructor for the Health Unit's FUEL program. This wonderful program engages young women in active that is non competitive and fun. We try to target young women who want to be active but don't always want to play competitive or organized sports.
