As a forward-thinking fitness studio, we like to make sure we offer our members the very best experience at our group fitness classes.  Unlike big box gyms, we strive to provide our members with an experience where one-on-one training meets group fitness.  Our knowledgeable and friendly instructors coach members through every class to ensure you get an incredible workout in a safe way, stay engaged and have fun!  And with over 20 classes available per week, we have something for people of all ages and experience levels.
 
We are extremely excited to launch our new programming this month!  These new classes, along with our tried-and-true favourites (ie., Boot Camp, Bounce, Low Impact Body Blast, Yoga, Zumba) are all designed to help you understand the importance of what you’re doing, push you to complete the class, help to spark a camaraderie with your classmates and stay motivated.  Here are some highlights of the new offerings:
 
  • Start your week off by pushing your body to its limits at Boot Camp!  Now available at two times on Monday evenings – 5:20 to 6:05 pm with Sherry, and 7:10 to 7:55 pm with Alicia.
  • Knock out the belly fat and carve total body definition with Julie W at CORE DE FORCE!  Tuesdays – 5:20 to 6:05 pm.
  • Take your fitness to the next level at Fit Camp with Alicia (perfect for the intermediate fitness enthusiast)!  Wednesdays – 6:15 to 7:00 pm.
  • By popular demand, Sherry is bringing our member-favourite Butt & Gut class to Morning Classes!  Tuesdays – 9:00 to 9:45 am.
  • Get moving on your lunch hour now EVERY week day with fresh and fun workouts – Boot Camp with Sherry, Spin with Julie C, Butt & Gut with Alicia and Circuit with Joan!  Monday thru Friday – 12:15 to 12:45 pm.
 
We like to encourage our members to try a class they have never attended before.  You never know – sometimes stepping out of your comfort zone to try something new can be the best thing you do for your health and fitness routine!
 
Whether you’re already an Inspired Warrior or are new to the studio, it’s important to remember a few things before diving into a new class:
 
  • Wear comfortable workout attire for the discipline and proper footwear.
  • Give your body time to adapt to the exercise.
  • Drink water before, during and after exercise to prevent dehydration and muscle cramps.
  • If you arrive late or leave early, you should still warm-up, cool-down and stretch.
  • Notify your instructor if you have any special conditions or concerns.
