Fit For The Holidays Fitness Challenge
For the past five weeks, Inspired by Fitness members were dropping pounds, building muscle and competing to win half the pool collected from registration entry fees in the Fit For The Holidays Fitness Challenge. To each and every person who participated in the Challenge, met goals and dropped pounds – we are so proud of you and can’t wait to help you continue on your fitness journey!
And now, we are thrilled to announce that Jo-Ann Ford is the winner of the Fit For The Holidays Fitness Challenge! Over the five-week challenge, Jo-Ann lost 12.8 pounds and 17 inches – a total percentage loss of 11.43%. CONGRATULATIONS, JO-ANN!
Starting on Saturday, January 13th, Inspired by Fitness will be hosting a six-week New Year New You Fitness Challenge. Rev up your resolution and kick off 2018 feeling incredible from the inside out!
Healthy Holiday Tips
The festive season is upon us which may mean diet debauchery and abandoned fitness regimes. Many people fall off the exercise and healthy eating bandwagon during the holidays or rule out the idea of getting into shape during the month of December, assuming there is no point in starting until the New Year; however, it doesn’t have to be this way! With a little forward planning and some self-discipline, it is possible to enjoy a healthy Christmas and enter in to the New Year feeling fit.
Here are a few quick tips to help you out:
Most importantly, enjoy yourself! Try not to stress too much about putting on a few extra pounds during the holidays. Spending time with your loved ones is the priority, and the studio will be ready for you in the New Year!
