Fit For The Holidays Fitness Challenge

For the past five weeks, Inspired by Fitness members were dropping pounds, building muscle and competing to win half the pool collected from registration entry fees in the Fit For The Holidays Fitness Challenge.  To each and every person who participated in the Challenge, met goals and dropped pounds – we are so proud of you and can’t wait to help you continue on your fitness journey!
 
And now, we are thrilled to announce that Jo-Ann Ford is the winner of the Fit For The Holidays Fitness Challenge!  Over the five-week challenge, Jo-Ann lost 12.8 pounds and 17 inches – a total percentage loss of 11.43%.  CONGRATULATIONS, JO-ANN!
 
Starting on Saturday, January 13th, Inspired by Fitness will be hosting a six-week New Year New You Fitness Challenge.  Rev up your resolution and kick off 2018 feeling incredible from the inside out!

I for one am an advocate for fitness and proper lifestyle. However, I think that the holidays is meant for celebrations and abundant feast. Even though we actively promote a healthier lifestyle, we should at least make an exception during the holidays. I believe that the holidays is a time for excessive eating and partying. It's the time of celebration, so I think that most of us get a pass on unhealthy living for once.
