Our third annual Inspired by Colour week has come and gone, and a great time was had by all who participated.  Inspired by Colour is a week to come to your favourite fitness classes dressed up in bright colours to celebrate life, health, fitness and fun!
 
We had daily door prizes for everyone who came to the studio dressed in their bright colours and/or made a donation to the Stratford Perth Residential Hospice.  Congratulations to our door prize winners – Jessica Subject, Marie Petrie-Caslick, Lisa Van Osch, Angela Whalen, Elaine Ritchie and Alicia Horne!
 
And a very special thanks to everyone who donated to the Stratford Perth Residential Hospice.  With your help, we raised $337.00!  These funds will help in establishing a residential palliative care hospice in Stratford to serve the needs of the city and surrounding areas.
 
We can’t wait until next year!

We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all of you who came for making our first Spring Into A New You: Women’s Wellness Day such a great success!
 
This warm, sunny Spring day started out with four fun-filled fitness classes:  Bounce with Kangoo Jumps; Butt & Gut; Zumba; and, Yoga.  The ladies refueled with custom Kaizen Naturals® protein shakes during their morning break, and they were also treated to a 15-minute massage to restore and replenish.  A nutritious lunch was then provided by Sirkel Foods.  The afternoon consisted of three interactive sessions:  Current Spring Hair Styles; Fresh New Make-Up Trends; and, Healthy Snacks.  And the day finally wrapped up with all the women receiving a door prize and leaving with a fabulous swag bag.

And we cannot express our appreciation enough to our volunteers for giving their time to help make the event such a success:  Julie Charbonneau for her help in organizing the event and making sure the day’s schedule ran like clockwork; and, Kim Tune for an amazing Healthy Snacks interactive presentation and helping out with the Bounce class.
